How To Get There: Via Commute: - From MNL, ride bus heading to Vigan or Laoag. - Ask kundoktor to drop you off at the Sta. Cruz Public Market. - From there, you can rent a whole trike going to Brgy. Daligan for only P150.00. Via Private Vehicle : - Drive on to Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur. - Ask locals where Brgy. Daligan is because frankly, I'm not so sure if it's before or after the public market. - Brgy. Daligan is a 5.8km ride from the highway going eastward. - You will be required to register at the basketball court before going to Kagutungan Falls. - Tour guide is optional. The Travel Details: This was a quick side trip from our Dawara Falls escapade. We had to pass by Brgy. Turod and Brgy. Amarao before reaching Brgy. Daligan. We arrived past 4PM or so.
